London | My Window Shopping Tour

Window shopping in London for me, usually, starts in South Kensington and ends in Sloan street.  It always involves tea or light lunch at the stylish all day French bistro and bakery Aubaine and a visit at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Even though, I love checking out Selfridges and Browns, in South Molton Street, the noise of Oxford street is too much, especially on a sunny winter day!

Maybe I am spoiled from shopping online… Shhh .. Browns has 70% off designer clothes and accessories!

Where I started? The Acne Studios store was stop number one.

I was wearing an Acne Studios long camel cardigan and the Acne Loma leather boots ….  A smart buy from MyTheresa. Love the new season black suede.

I know it doesn’t make sense to shop American designers in London if you can travel to the states but this black dress in the 3.1 Phillip Lim window is so chic!

When I first saw these Isabel Marant Lenny studded slides in the SS2015 lookbook, I thought that would be all I want for summer but the ballet studded lace up flats were my choice as you might have seen here.

Greek designer Mary Katrantzou, along with Emilia Wickstead, Holly Fulton, Michael van der Ham, Mother of Pearl, Osman & Sophia Webster have been shortlisted for the BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund 2015.

Alexandra Shulman, Editor of British Vogue and Chair of the Fund Committee, said about the shortlist: “It was exciting to have such a diverse shortlist to consider, all of whom have carved out a distinctive niche for themselves.  I congratulate all of them for reaching this stage in a highly competitive arena.” read more here

Was my day only about window shopping?? Hmm not really. When the Joseph multi-brand store has sales it’s so hard to resist. If you follow TrendSurvivor on Instagram you probably already know… 🙂
