It’s extremely interesting to walk through the Showrooms of Somerset House during London Fashion Week and chat with super talented designers about their brands.
What’s new?
I will give you a quick tour of my first day at London Fashion Week Showrooms visit using mostly my Instagram pictures that tell the story even better than me of what is new and cool!

Termite Eyewear
[br]
Termite Eyewear, a sustainable fashion design company was founded by Natalie Finch and Patricia Williams. All sunglasses are laser cut and then hand worked.
They look a little crazy but they are super cool…
Shao Yen
[br]
For Autumn Winter 2015 London based designer Shao Yen Chen was inspired from the Austrian painter Egon Schiele. Loved how he explored new techniques to form these contemporary stylish jackets.

Dear Frances
[br]
London-based designer, Jane Frances studied at the London College of Fashion and ModaPelle Academy in Milan, where she learned from some of the most accomplished shoe designers in the world.
Her shoe designs are strong, architectural yet feminine and elegant. I am loving the boot with the wooden heel.
You can shop the collection from Wolf and Badger.

ESK Cashmere
[br]
My new obsession is cashmere. I would rather buy one high quality cashmere sweater each season than stock up anything else.
Family-owned Scottish brand ESK has been creating luxury knitwear by hand for over 20 years.
The work of creative director Lorraine Acornley is on my wish-list.
Esk Cashmere dress Autumn Winter 2015
You can shop Esk Cashmere at MatchesFashion.

Phiney Pet

Chatting with Phiney Pet, a young fashion designer I really liked…I found out she was discovered by Caren Downie from Finery and was working with her at TopShop… It’s a small Fashion world…
Leather and art mixed together ? Count me in…

Camilla Elphick
[br]
I loved those bugs bunny shoes by designer Camilla Elphick. It was her graduation project but she will have a collection of PEZ shoes!
[br]
Even though she has recently graduated from the London College of Fashion, her shoes are selling in stores like LuisaViaRoma.
Spring Summer 2015 collection, “You got the Luck”, was inspired by all things lucky and features mood-boosting shoes that aim to bring the wearer good-fortune.
