GREECE Paros Island | The Ugly Shoes hit back

Sreet Style Vacation Island Birkenstock Arizona Sandals00

Prada full white skirt

Back to vacation mode and ugly shoes… I wore them with my treasured Prada white full skirt for a stroll around the Island.

Beautiful scenery, warm weather, sunset drinks, late night shopping… I am in heaven….

My white Arizona Birkenstocks are my super ugly shoes . AF initially refused to take the pics unless I promised to change into high heel espadrilles later which I admit I did… (other outfit post coming up…)

I have this Prada white midi skirt with dozens of little pockets and silver zippers for years but this season full skirts are even hotter than the year I bought it.

I love it when something expensive I own, comes back in style and I wear it in a completely different new way.

My striped cropped top is from Mango. I love it because I get to show off my lotus and butterfly tattoos….

The orange clutch is from my collaboration with GiGi New York

So, don’t you think the ugly Birkenstocks are kinda ugly pretty? Would you wear them in black in winter with socks??

Ismini you don’t need to answer…. I know you hate them…

  1. Yes Nina. Birkenstocks are ugly… and comfortable and awesome and chic all at the same time! I own 3 pair now! Currently wearing black patent 🙂

    1. Me too .. However, I know I wouldn’t love them… had I seen them, only, on German nurses on duty! 🙂

  2. This is such a gorgeous outfit! I love your skirt, all the pockets make it so unique and the stripes with the splash of orange looks stunning 🙂

    Take care,

    1. I never owned one! In the 1990’s I was wearing Chanel and Prada pumps hahahaha like a true yuppie!

  3. I really love that Prada skirt with those Birks! I can understand the aversion but seriously, it’s comfy and stylish. If I remember correctly, those cobblestone roads on the Greek Islands aren’t really heel/wedge friendly! xo-Elaine

    1. Oh so true! But I am not that comfortable in Birkenstocks… I wear them because they are stylish ..believe it or not!
