Stackable Jewellery- Feminism and Maximalism

stacked rings

Do you buy your own jewellery? I know I am. Actually, I believe many women are buying their own jewellery and are looking for something modern, interesting and fun. Cool statement pieces with concepts behind them. Even though I appreciate the richness of unique traditional fine jewellery I am looking for easy to wear statement pieces. My favorite statement pieces come from every place you can imagine and I stack them all to create a maximal effect.

I love the stackable rings from the Pandora collection and the super cute pink cherry blossom earrings. Actually, you can view Pandora Jewellery at Gift & Wrap for the entire range which includes charms, bracelets, rings and pendants. Pandora jewellery is crafted in genuine precious metals such as gold and silver and was founded in Denmark, in 1983.

I am stacking earrings too, I have three holes on each ear lobe so I can wear 6 earrings at one…that is maximalism!

Also, I am obsessed with the avant garde  jewellery by Delfina Delettrez. She is a fourth-generation member of the Fendi family and was only 19 years old and pregnant when she founded her company in 2009. She takes fine jewellery into the modern landscape with her unique designs which are stackable too.

My latest acquisition is a cute bronze elephant pendant you will see tomorrow in my outfit post.

  1. Yup, buying my own. And I wouldn’t have it any other way, I’m very picky.:) That triangle piece from the first photo is so cool! I need something like that no doubt.:)

    1. I start with one and I add as many as I can … I was wearing 9 rings yesterday 🙂
