After reading an article by Leandra Medine, the famous fashion blogger, Man Repeller, “Where Do It Bags Go to Die?” I knew I wanted to make a point that hight quality designer items never die!!!
In order to prove my point, I wore my Christian Dior black leather saddle bag which should be a big no, no for a fashion blogger and I believe, I proved that it looks fashionable and cool, as you can see here.
As for my new outfit post today, I am wearing a… hmm 25 year old Escada skirt and my mother’s Gianni Versace sweater from when Gianni was still alive. The high quality of both garments makes the look luxurious, while the over the knee boots and the biker leather jacket make it relevant today. The tartans are back and my black and white pencil skirt looks super stylish this winter. Clashing prints has become a habit. The two tone butterfly black and white Zara scarf is from last year’s collection but they have a very similar one this year too (see here)
My shoes are the new over the knee boots Stuart Weitzman and the biker Saffron, caramel or is it tan color leather jacket is by Iro.
I wore my city outfit for lunch with my friends.
When I was in London I bought from the Heritage Collection the Venetian Violet Flower Water. I love the retro chic bottle and the exquisite, sophisticated and delicate scent.
Love my lotus tree in the winter
Cats are strange creatures… after three years of outfit post photo shoots in our garden Jaslin has started taking an interest plus she poses only for AF.
I was wearing:
Sweater Gianni Versace
Leather gloves Prada
Fur handbag Prada

Amazing outfit, dear!
What a great mix of classic pieces! Also, it’s a great counter view to the thinking that ‘It’ things die. I think if you make an investment in a good ‘It’ piece, then I agree with you, it never dies. The pieces you are wearing are almost too precious to wear, like precious curated pieces of art! 🙂
🙂 the draping on the skirt is almost …art 🙂
