This is not the Gucci red floral dress with the amazing geranium print that ruled the street style scene during fashion week but a super cute alternative from a high street store.

According to Vogue, Gucci is ruling the street style circuit. Everyone loves the reissued horse-bit shoes, the furry Gucci slippers were sold out, almost immediately, despite the fact they look kind of weird.
However, I was obsessed with the Gucci red floral mini dress worn as a top over flare denim or as a dress in New York, London and Milan during fashion week.
Alessandro Michele debuted at Gucci in February and unveiled a collection that is a huge success and reportedly came together in a matter of weeks.
Gucci is just plain cool right now!!!
Given the fact that the dress is way over my budget ($2900), I decided not to invest in the Gucci floral silk georgette dress and got a similar one from Mango that will do the job for now.
What do you think? Looks cute?! Huh?
Despite, the ’70s-inspired silhouette and the ruffles it can be worn day to night and summer to winter depending on the way you style it.
For Fall, to offset the ladylike floral dress, I chose a pair of block heel, round toe boots and the classic Proenza Schouler PS11.
We took the pictures in an amazing beach in Corfu… more is coming up… stay tuned…
