This amazing low calorie delicious and healthy Greek yoghurt dessert is extremely easy to make. You can follow my simple recipe instructions and you will have a stylish cool dessert for your guests. Since the gardner- yes, a gardner in Paros- gave me the recipe, I have done it about 5 times and it never fails. It is a light and refreshing dessert.
