Loving , Headscarfs too? 5 Trendy New Stylish Ways To Wear Them

After I saw the above illustration by Florian Meacci for Dolce and Gabbana with a silk headscarf I knew… I am loving headwraps and turbans this summer. Even though I haven’t tried all 7 Top Model’s ways to wear Headbands yet, I am ready for handkerchiefs tied on my forehead. 🙂

Even if you are not having a bad hair day you could try this perfect summer accessory. It looks equally cool wearing it by the pool or out running errands in the city. From Dolce and Gabbana and Marc Jacobs, to Luisa Beccaria and Max Mara headbands are IN. I have packed my bags for Paros, the beautiful Greek Island in the Aegean sea and I can’t wait to try this fashionable head accessory.

How to tie a simple head scarf:

Never tried wearing one? If I convinced you with the stylish images and you want to try them,  here are  simple headwrap instructions:

1. Fold one corner to the other to form a triangle.

2. Fold the corner down to about the middle, and then fold over again.

3. Put the scarf around your head with the ends in the front.

4. Tie it in a loose knot at the front.
