I am loving this simple detox weight loss recipe!
Ingredients :
2 fresh lemons
fresh ginger root shredded
Large bottle mineral water
How to :
Boil water.
In a small bowl, poor hot water ( not boiling) over the shredded ginger for 20 minutes then drain.
Mix the fresh lemon juice, the ginger juice and the mineral water in a pitcher. For best results leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
It tastes really good and it is a great cold healthy drink idea.
However, you could drink it warm if you feel more like a having a detox tea.

I like to drink lemon, ginger, and cinnamon water when I’m not feeling well. It really does help 🙂
I haven’t tried it with cinnamon yet… but I am sure I will like the taste… even more than tea.
