Last call for the 5 things worth getting before the Nordstrom Anniversary sale ends. The clock is ticking…Prices will go back up again on August 4.

1. Casual Boots– Number 1 on my list is a pair of new casual medium heel boots. My favorite is the Davon suede black Rag and Bone suede bootie. I can wear it with all types of jeans from skinny to boyfriend and will look cool with a dress too.

2. Stock up on your beauty essentials– I know it makes sense to stock up on the beauty products you regularly use and that is my advise… but I can not resist some of the beauty exclusives.

I would go for the YSL exclusive

3. Refresh your lingerie– personally I like shopping panties and hate shopping bras. So I would get the ‘Signature Lace’ Underwire T-Shirt Bra in all colors and finish with this subject.

4. A new handbag– A classic designer bag can go a long way. It adds sophistication to a simple white t-shirt with a pair of jeans. The Rebecca Minkoff MOB tote in black is a sensible buy while the Marc Jacobs hobo is cool if you love blue like me.

5. A Blazer– I honestly want to write jeans but I am almost sure you don’t need another pair of denim pants…Not even slim fit boyfriend jeans? Ok that one yes!

A tailored jacket is the essential fall winter garment worth investing. I am loving the Eileen Fisher Leather Sleeve Merino Lambswool Jacket. It is a hybrid between a blazer and a leather jacket. The Theory ‘Gabe B. 2’ Jacket is my favorite versatile blazer.

Go for the things you love you’ll save yourself from the cheaper versions later that you won’t love as much anyway.

Planning ahead makes sense 🙂
