How to wear a skinny scarf this Fall?

Do you want to know the best way to tie a scarf for the coming season? Or should we start from the type of scarf you need for Fall Winter 2015-16? Well, did you get a skinny scarf, yet?

Joanna Hillman skinny scarf

The narrow silk scarf is a game changer! It updates last season’s dresses and shirts, despite the fact it was first seen at the Prada AW 2014 show and then with Saint Laurent suits for Spring 2015.

If my style icon  Joanna Hillman wears skinny scarfs now, count me in. I never was in to statement necklaces, anyway. I am more of an statement earrings kinda girl.

At last a street style trend that costs less than $30 to follow. Even though, I found a super cute 100% silk narrow neck scarf at Asos for $23 I can’t get this Gucci multicolor floral one out of my mind. You can wear it with a white shirt and flare jeans and voila you are making a cool style statement. No accessorizing skills needed….

Carine Roitfeld, Alexa Chung and Sofia Sanchez de Betak showcase how to wear the skinny scarf in their recent street style looks.

Hint, to be perfectly in tune with the season’s ’70s mood, loop them around your neck or fasten them into a neat bow.
