For some reason, the illustrations of Jenny Brown reminded me of Easter and it is Easter Sunday tomorrow in Greece!!! I guess shape, the flowers … Her illustrations have something very unique !!! At first glance I saw just a floral illustration but looking at the work more closely I discovered that there is definitely conceptual depth! For more click here .
Now this is a weird one!! The famous contemporary Asian artist Shen Shaomin, creates unique… eggs!!! One of the most iconoclastic artists to appear in Asia in the last decade, Shen Shaomin works at the vanguard of a new generation of project oriented artists. This is from his “Cloud Pillar,” “Experimental Field” (plant/animal hybrids made of collected bones and cast bone meal) and monstrous mythological creatures (also made from bones) have made a significant international impact!!!
