Create a fantastically healthy alternative to a fizzy drink by infusing sparkling water with your favourite fruits and vegetables!

Loving both super quick and easy recipes for a healthy low calorie summer beverage.

Mixed berries fizz infused water

• Sparkling water
• Fresh mint
• Mixed berries
• Ice


1. Lightly crush berries in a bowl to extract some of the juices
2. Spoon the semi-crushed berries into your jug or bottle of sparkling water
3. Add fresh mint leaves to taste
4. Add ice
5. Leave to infuse in the fridge for about half an hour

Cucumber fizz infused water

You will need

• Sparkling water
• Fresh mint
• Cucumber
• Lemon
• Ice

Easy Instructions

1. Use a vegetable peeler to slice some thin slices of cucumber
2. Cut the lemon in half
3. Squeeze half of the lemon into the sparkling water
4. Slice the other half of the lemon and put the pieces into the water
5. Add some fresh mint leaves to taste
6. Leave to infuse in the fridge for half an hour
