Dress with long sleeves? Yes, please!

I guess it was the 1970s revival that brought the summer dress with long sleeves back, making them a fresh versatile warm days essential.

Tapping into the retro mood, I am loving bold floral print, flawy mini dresses. As for the sleeves… the longer the better, the wider… even better!

The ultimate summer dress for me this year has sleeves!

Don’t you also love not having to worry about your bra showing

Styling a summer dress is a no brainer if you have the right accessories. I have worn mine for bbq at the beach front with Isabel Marant black lace up flat sandals and to dinner at the Greek Island taverna with wedges. For a street style city look I wore my floral summer dress with high heel fringed sandals.

That’s the beauty of wearing sleeved dresses… Choose the appropriate shoes for the occasion and a designer bag and…  voila you are ready!

If you are looking for the right summer dress I have picked a few I love with a laid-back allure that can be worn even as temperatures start dropping. Aaaah and did I tell you most of them are on sale…

However, Summer is not over, yet!
