Dressed in Distressed Denim- How Far Would you Go?

Trendsurvivor- Celebrity Distressed Denim -0000

Distressed denim has become a wardrobe staple. From street style icon Olivia Palermo to cool stylish “it” girl Alexa Chung they all have an inspiring distressed denim outfit on the web somewhere. Matching their ripped jeans with anything from an animal print coat to a classic black tailored jacket for summer or winter, for day or night. I wear my boyfriend distressed jeans with anything from my gold high heel Louboutins to my leather espadrilles. Day, night, lunch, party … you name it, I have worn them. My torn cut offs and ripped skinny jeans have become the most versatile garments in my closet but how far would I go? I have seen the torn jeans, or better missing pieces jeans on star blogger Andy from StyleScrapbook and even though I liked it on her I believe I would never wear them. But you know, if you are a fashion blogger it is better to never say never….What do you think about the torn fever?

  1. Great inspiration Nina. I love a bit of distressed denim, though mainly on boyfriend jeans and shorts. 🙂

    take care,

  2. Love cut off denim shorts and distressed boyfriend jeans. Not a fan of the giant holes. In the 80s we wore Levis 501s w one hole on the hip or in that area.
