It’s the third time, I am honored to be invited to the Maharana Mewar Foundation Annual Awards celebrations in Udaipur.
Attending the awards ceremony is a unique experience and the lunch and dinner parties are very amusing.

Aashka is owned by Princess Bhargavi of Udaipur. She values and explores traditional and modern art forms to bring in her boutique exquisitely crafted merchandise.
Love the collection of clothes, shawls and home wear. The merchandise has fixed reasonable prices.

You will need an appointment for this one but it is worth seeing the hotel too, so you could ask for a “show around”.
You will find Gem Palace Jaipur jewelry, women’s embellished and hand painted Indian Khussa Slippers, Indian designer clothes mostly Sunita Shanker and beautiful pashminas and home accessories.
I bought a Sunita Shanker black silk coat with embroidery, inspired by the rich traditional craft of India.
