3 Spring Nail Polish Trends

Tibi-Spring-2014-nail polish white black line

I needed to check out new Spring Summer nail polish trends because I am stack in a black nail polish loop. How about you? Are you trying the new shades of nail polishes on the market or are you wearing the same nail color week after week?

After last year’s phase, where I tried everything that was fashionable from neon brights (see here) to painting each nail a different shade of blue (you can see here) -Hmm, I might try this again- I am back to square one.

Enjoy some nail art inspiration and my favorite new nail polishes.

1. Black and white instead of Black or White

2. Ombre Kinda Day

Ombre is not only an hair and clothing trend it is also a concept that can be used in applying nail polish. The shimmering black and metallic is from the Nicole Miller Spring Summer 2014 fashion show.

3. Metallic, Satin, Shimmering Black

If you are still loving black more than any other color like me, you have the option to try a shimmering, metallic, or satin black nail polish.

I have bought the VINYLUX (Overtly Onyx #133)

but I like, also, the NAILS Le Vernis– Chanel Black Satin N°219 from the SS 2014 collection.
