3 Amazing Different Valentine Day Cocktails

Coco Chanel said ‘In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.’?! I didn’t know that but it makes sense.  I found three amazing different recipes for Valentine’s Day or any day you want a stylish looking tasty drink. What are your Valentine’s day plans? AF is in Greece and I am in California so I will spent the day with my family and I am sure they will all want to try the cocktails.

1. Wild Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail

Wild Hibiscus Champagne-3 Amazing Different Valentine Day Cocktails-
( yields 1 drink)
1 wild hibiscus flower
1/4 oz natural rose water
2/3 oz wild hibiscus syrup
Champagne

step 1) place one hibiscus flower in the bottom of your champagne flute.
step 2) pour rose water & wild hibiscus syrup into the glass
step 3) top off with 6oz+ champagne

2. Pomegranate-Cranberry Sparkler
Serves 6-8

1 cup Pomegranate Juice
1 cup Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
Orange Simple Syrup (recipe below)
Juice of one large orange
Chilled Champagne
Pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional but highly recommended)

Orange Simple Syrup
1 orange, peeled
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

3. Spiced Cranberry Apple Martini

2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz cointreau
1/2 oz spiced apple syrup
fresh lime juice

For the Syrup:
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon mulling spices
