I am in love with the new chic classic Valentino tango pumps in red.
“Let’s dance put on your red shoes and dance the blues…”, you do remember the David Bowie song… Right?
That’s how I felt when I saw them!!!!
Even though Valentino’s Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli for Spring 2015 commanded attention to the Roman-style gladiator sandals and airy maxi dresses, on the runway, the Valentino Tango pumps are sold out almost everywhere.
They were in Garance’s Dore shopping bag. Fashion editors like Emmanuelle Alt and Giovanna Battaglia were wearing them in black during Fashion Week. Famous bloggers like Chiara Ferragni and The Man Repeller wore them in beige and red.
I had to have them.
I found a brand new pair of Valentino Tango pumps in red patent leather on sale at an amazing pre-loved store in Athens called Mint.
They are 1/2 a size smaller but you know me, that’s not an obstacle…
They do fit true to size, by the way… contrary to the Valentino Rockstuds.
The chic round toe, sleek ankle strap and chunky covered block 6 mm heel, tap on every key 2015 Spring shoe trend.
You can take them from breakfast meetings to gallery openings and long evening events.
A!!! … they are dance floor-ready, too !!!!
However, I wore them last weekend in Aegina Island, on a warm sunny Easter day and took some selfies with my baby cavalier Spot.

Hi there, I really love these tango pumps too.
In Hong Kong, they don’t carry tango pumps in Valentino store.
I plan to order it online, but I am really confused with which size I should get.

so your European size is 37 ?? The Valentino Tango pumps have european sizing and they are true to size. I was able to squeeze my foot in half size smaller because they are round…but buy your true size…
